Now receiving applications for entrance to Eorzea's Annual Chocobo Races!!!


Race across the perilous wilderness of Eorzea to receive your prize of 100,000 gil!!!


Time: 3:00 p.m. EST
Date: June 1st, 2012
Starting Location: Ferry Docks/Chocobo Stables in Western Thanalan
Ending Location: The Gates of Judgement in Coerthas


The beginning of the races will start at the ferry docks/chocobo stables located in the far west of Thanalan. As the appointed leader begins the race, each chocobo or goobbue will follow the road all across Thanalan, up through Black Shroud, into Coerthas, and then ending their race at the Gates of Judgement where their race WILL BE JUDGED by the leaders of Realm of Legacies. Once decided, the winner will receive recognition and 100,000 gil.



What is allowed:

1. Chocobos
2. Goobbues
3. Able bodied men and women of all nationalities
4. Utilizing skills is acceptable, except that of Swiftsong AND Fists of Wind, which are forbidden in these races.
5. Potions are allowed as well through dangerous territory if need be.
6. This is an RP EVENT, so come IC!!! ((in character.))


What is NOT allowed:

1. NO TELEPORTING
2. NO "RETURNING" to camps. If you die, you must return to either Ul'dah or Black Brush and start your race over.
3. NO SWIFTSONG.
4. NO FISTS OF WIND.
